The hotel's location is very convenient. It provided easy access to Uber bikes and the metro. The staff were consistently friendly.
The hotel lobby was undergoing maintenance. This caused delays with my bags during checkout as I needed to catch a flight.

The location was convenient. It made getting around fairly easy.
I found the room service lacking. Options were limited, and orders took much longer than anticipated. the noise insulation wasn't effective either. I could hear street noise late into the night. this impacted sleep quality.
